Waterloo Gauge & Prototype was founded in 2007 with an emphasis of producing quality components. From simple beginnings of pins and fixture manufacturing, we have diversified into becoming your one-stop shop for all your machining requirements. We are currently servicing Southwestern Ontario and our focus is to provide an honest and reliable service while working within your budget.

With state of the art machinery, we have the ability to design, manufacture, assemble and ship fixtures and gauges ranging from simple CMM holding, to fully custom measuring solutions cut from aluminum to minimize weight, or steel to maximize durability. We also have the ability to provide custom repair and replacement services for your existing fixtures.

We are the pin fabrication experts, and we can help bring your design to life with custom pins or replacement pins for existing projects. We produce 2/4-way pins, plug pins, captive pins, go/nogos, or any custom design you require with various materials, finishes and handles available.

We utilize the latest technology to produce your custom machined part, or rework existing components. We have 5-axis CNC, 3-axis CNC, lathes, mills and grinders to create parts out of various materials such as aluminum, steel and plastics within required tolerances.

Medium-duty fabrication, custom welding, and light automation is what makes us your one-stop shop for all things metal and aluminum. We can produce carts, trays, small platforms, automated stations, weldments and much more.
